Ranting... er... checking in...

Well, football season is here. I face it with a mixture of anticipation and dread. The money is good, but the hours suck, and the buttheads are buttheadier...

Having faced fans from most major universities across the country, I must say that the absolute worst are the UCF fans. I figured they'd be great. They don't have to travel far to get here... They're used to a higher cost of living, so they'd spend more... They'd know they didn't have a chance in hell of beating us, so they wouldn't mind losing... And I figured quite a few of them would be Gators fans, as well... Wrong on all accounts. They were the biggest bunch of assholes I've ever seen.

They were rowdy. They were raucous. They were mouthy. They started fights. They didn't tip. Personally, I think the Golden Knights can go take Golden Showers.....

And now, as an added bonus, I give you: The Deli Moron From Hellllllllll! Went to Publix to grab a few things, and dinner to boot. I got the rest of my shopping done and headed to the deli. Lots of employees bustling about, but none so unoccupied that they could come to the counter to help. Well, after there was three of waiting in line, they finally decided to stop their oh-so-important wiping off the counter spaces and help. I got Boobsy McAcneface. I can not believe how stupid this kid was.

"Hi, I'd like a whole Boar's Head roast beef on white please."
"That's an Ultimate?"
"No. Roast beef. Boar's Head."
"Roast beef. Boar's Head or Publix?"
WTF?? "Boar's Head."
"What kind of bread?"
??? "White, please...."
"Whole or half?"
"Whole!"
"And that was turkey, right?"
Heavy sigh. "NO. It was roast beef..."
"Publix brand?"
Grit teeth.... "That'll be fine." Just give me my damn sub!!

I weep for our future.
